Nihal brings over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, having served as a Finance Manager and Financial Controller across a diverse range of industries including telecommunications, leisure, manufacturing, and mining services.
He specialises in financial analysis, aligning finance operations with business strategy, cost-saving initiatives, and end-to-end financial management.
Nihal is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Sri Lanka and Member of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), a Fellow Member of CPA Australia, a registered BAS Agent, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Beena is a qualified accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia. She completed her professional training with Deloitte Perth and has several years of experience working in the finance function of an ASX-listed mining company in Perth.
Beena is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) and brings a fresh, analytical approach to supporting modern finance teams.
